School of Nursing Readmission Form

Instructions

Students who were previously registered at GW Nursing and wish to resume studies after discontinuing enrollment for one or more semesters must complete an Application for Readmission. Applications are accepted at any time as long as they adhere to the deadlines for each semester. Students seeking readmission must be in good academic standing. The Program Associate Dean will make the decision on admission and on the Program of Study (POS) to be followed, either as the previous program of study or a new one if applicable. Readmitted students will adhere to the Program of Study (POS) for their new admit term as determined by the Program Dean. An interview may be required for readmission and readmission is not guaranteed. For any questions about your coursework or time to completion, please contact an advisor at nursing@gwu.edu.

Deadlines for Readmission:

Spring - December 1
Summer - April 1
Fall - June 1

Please note: The application below should be submitted only by students who were last enrolled at GW Nursing in 2019 and later. Students enrolled prior to 2019 must submit a full application for admission via the application portal.
